About Us
We have been in business for 9 years. My store is complete with tennis equipment for the novice to the serious tournament player. You can choose any racquet or other equipment that you wish and we will be glad to answer any questions that you might have. With over 20 years experience in the tennis industry I will be glad to help you attain the best equipment at the best price. As a USPA certified teaching professional I can answer just about any question that you might have. If I dont have the answer I will search until I find it for you.
We also sell and customize Nike Air Force Ones. Check out our shoes that we have customized for other customers and let us know what design you would like. You can send in your shoes but they have to be new.
Paying with Check or Money Order
Checks and money orders are welcome. Just write your order completely and send it to:

Checks are held for 10 business days. Money orders are processed immediately.
Shipping in the U.S. is done by UPS unless we decide to use Fed-Ex. Ground service is $7.50. Second day service is $12.95 and the next day is $26.95.
For heavier equipment such as ball machines, stringers and cases of balls that are sent by UPS ground are more than the standard $7.50. Additional charges will occur for these heavier items and you will be charged for these additional shipping charges. We will notify you by phone or e-mail of the new total before you are charged. We must get your confirmation before your order is finalized and sent. If you want UPS to leave your package without your signature, just let UPS know by calling them or leaving a note.
We are not presently shipping internationally. We do ship to Hawaii and Alaska. Please call for these shipping charges.
Sales Tax
We do charge sales tax on every item that we sell. This is presently 7%.
Return Policy
1. Please inspect all merchandise upon receipt.
2. Report any discrepancies immediately.
3. All exchanges must be made within 21 days of purchase.
4. There is no restocking fee.
5. All approved returns received after 21 days will be given an in house credit.
6. Used merchandise sent to Quad City Sports will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at the customers expense.
7. All returned packages must be wrapped properly. All unwrapped packages will be refused.
8. All returns on new merchandise must be returned in the original manufactures carton and all associated accessories, instructions and warranty information must be included in order to receive a refund or credit.
Warranty
1. Tennis racquets come with a 1 year limited product warranty.
2. Strings on new frame offer a 2 week warranty.
3. Re-strung racquets offer a 2 week warranty.
4. Shoes/other items. This does not include normal wear and tear. Toe drag, misuse, or normal wear and tear is not under warranty.
5. Defective items returned within 30 days from the date of purchase are issued a replacement credit or refund if a defect is found.
6. All replacement merchandise carries the remainder of the original warranty.
We only accept merchandise for warranty if it has been purchased through Quad City Sports. Please include proof of purchase along with any merchandise that you are returning for warranty inspection. Please include information about what happened to the merchandise along with your name, address and phone number.
We sell a few items that are not on our website. We will be putting more products on the site as time goes by.
To cancel any order simply phone us within 24 hrs
